Lifeblood Kaharagia
Recognising compassion through voluntary blood donation.
Introduction
A Programme of the Kaharagian Charitable Foundation
A Nation's Commitment to Saving Lives
Lifeblood Kaharagia is the Principality's national blood-donation recognition programme, administered by the Kaharagian charitable foundation. It honours all those who give blood—whether once or a hundred times—and celebrates the profound act of generosity that blood donation represents.
Participation is open to everyone, everywhere, regardless of nationality or residence. Lifeblood Kaharagia reflects the values at the heart of our national life: compassion, service, responsibility, and care for the vulnerable.
How the Programme Works
1. Register for Lifeblood Kaharagia
All participants begin by creating an account on the Kaharagian ePortal:
Once registered, individuals may join Lifeblood Kaharagia from their dashboard. Participation does not require Kaharagian nationality.
2. Donate Blood Through Your Local Provider
Lifeblood Kaharagia does not collect medical information and does not operate its own donation centres.
Participants continue donating through recognised organisations such as:
- National health services
- Red Cross societies
- Hospital donation centres
- Licensed community blood drives
Every donation made through these providers counts toward the programme.
3. Record Your Donations
After each donation, participants log the following information through the ePortal:
- Date of donation
- Donation volume (for example, whole blood or plasma)
- Certifying authority or donation provider
- A basic proof of donation (receipt, confirmation email, donor app screenshot, and similar evidence)
No medical test results or sensitive health data are ever stored.
The ePortal securely maintains a running total of each participant's lifetime verified donations.
Honours Awarded Through Lifeblood Kaharagia
As donors reach major milestones, they become eligible for national recognition through the Medal of Merit for Blood Donations, conferred by Royal Decree and recorded in the national Register of Honours.

Third Class
Silver Medal
