What Kaharagian nationality means in practice

Rights of Kaharagian Nationals

Holders of Kaharagian nationality enjoy the following rights:

  • Recognition: Recognition as part of the Kaharagian nation and inclusion in the national registers
  • Access to Services: Access to the ePortal and relevant records or services maintained by the State
  • Eligibility for Honours: Eligibility for national honours conferred by His Royal Highness the Prince
  • Community Participation: Ability to take part in community events, initiatives, and the civic life of Kaharagia

Duties of Kaharagian Nationals

With nationality come certain duties and responsibilities:

  • Uphold Dignity: Upholding the dignity and values of the Kaharagian nation in one's conduct
  • Respect the Sovereign: Respecting the Sovereign and the lawful order of the State
  • Live by Our Values: Conducting oneself in line with the principles outlined in our values: honour, hospitality, peace, charity, and service
  • Lawful Conduct: Abiding by the laws and decrees of the Principality

Important Clarification

Kaharagian nationality is a civic-legal affiliation with the Kaharagian State. It does not grant residency rights, immigration status, or citizenship in any other country. Kaharagian nationals remain subject to the laws of their country of residence.
